We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• The Louisville Ballet School Director. Louisville Ballet seeks a collaborative and visionary leader who can work effectively with both the Artistic Director and Executive Director to strengthen the School’s reputation, expand the impact of the Louisville Ballet Youth Ensemble, deepen community engagement, and advance the organization’s mission through exceptional dance education and meaningful community connection. Auditions

Dancers interested in joining the Company or Studio Company must attend an audition at Louisville Ballet Studios. Auditions for the 2026-2027 Season are now closed. Check back in winter 2026 for more information about 2027 Company + Studio Company auditions.
