All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

COVID19: Louisville Ballet remains 100% committed to undertaking any and all measures to keep our artists, staff, and audiences safe, and as we move towards an opening we will be under the advisement of the most up-to-date guidelines. If, for any reason, we have to cancel or delay a production, ticket holders will have the option of to receive a full refund, a gift certificate, or to donate the value of their tickets.

1) Tickets are a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. 2) Program, dates and times are subject to change. 3) Recording devices are prohibited. Violation of the forgoing will automatically terminate this license. 4) There are no refunds or exchanges. 5) KY Revenue Statute 518.070 prohibits the resale or attempted resale at a higher rate than that appearing thereon. Unauthorized reselling of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. 6) Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. 7) If for any reason whatsoever Louisville Ballet has not received payment of or has refunded the price of this ticket, this ticket may be revoked without any advance notice and without refund of any amounts the holder may have paid to any other parties.
