Elizabeth Matthews

Elizabeth Matthews is from The Woodlands, Texas. She began her dance training at age three at In Step Dance and Performing Arts Center. From 2007-2011 she trained at Payne Academy of Ballet.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance in 2014.

Elizabeth danced with the Louisville Ballet from 2013 to 2015, and has performed with local modern dance company, Moving Collective, in 2015 and 2017. She is currently the Outreach Manager for Louisville Ballet and enjoys teaching in The Louisville Ballet School’s Classical Ballet Program.
