Your privacy is important to the Louisville Ballet. To protect your privacy, the Louisville Ballet has adopted the following policies, and has made them available on all pages of our web site for your convenience.

Most information that you provide on our web site is used only for the purpose of completing your ticket purchase. We will not share this information with outside parties, except for when necessary to complete your order (example: credit card payment). There may be occasions in which the Louisville Ballet will participate in a mailing list trade with other nonprofit organizations, which will include only your name and mailing address. These trades are strictly one-time mailings. Other organizations will not be allowed to retain your information. The Louisville Ballet will never sell your personal information.
When you provide your e-mail address, either by registering for our mailing list or for ticket purchases, we will use your e-mail address to notify you of upcoming events at the Louisville Ballet in which we feel you might be interested. You may unsubscribe from the e-mails at any time by following the directions in the e-mail that you receive. Your e-mail address will never be shared or sold to outside parties.
How to Opt Out
At any time, you may request to not receive any e-mail, mail or solicitation calls from the Louisville Ballet, or request that we not trade your mailing information with other nonprofit organizations. We will retain your request so that it will be respected in the future.
You may opt out of the Louisville Ballet’s e-mail list by following the instructions included in the e-mail that you receive.
You may opt out of our mailing, calling or exchange lists by requesting to do so with us or with the Kentucky Center by e-mail, by phone, in writing or in person.
Note: If you opt out of e-mail, mail or call lists, you may still be contacted about matters relating only to your ticket purchases.
