Funds are available for student matinees and in-school programs through the Fund for the Arts’ 5 x 5 pARTners Program and Teachers Arts Grants. For more information please visit www.fundforthearts.com.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
Payment for student matinees is due three (3) weeks prior to performance. Cancellations may be made until 30 days prior to your field trip. After this deadline, your field trip reservation becomes a FINAL SALE and your school is responsible for the full amount due. Adjustments not allowed for absences on the day of show. Payment for in-school residencies is due 30 days prior to the final scheduled date. If your school reschedules more than twice and a suitable date cannot be found, there will not be a refund.
The Louisville Ballet follows the JCPS schedule. If your school is closed/delayed or field trips are cancelled due to inclement weather on the day of the performance, we will make every effort to re-schedule for another matinee performance. If an alternate cannot be secured, your school is eligible for a refund.
All performances are wheelchair accessible and infrared hearing enhancement is available. Please notify the Ballet staff of any special needs you may have when you place your reservation.
