Louisville Ballet Partnership Opportunities List

Full Season Sponsor - $100,000

• Season runs August – April
• Your company name and logo will be placed in the Audience Program for the season (estimate 54,000).
• Your company logo and link will be placed on the Louisville Ballet website.
• Your company will receive tickets based on financial contribution to performances throughout the season.

Production Sponsor of a triple bill production - $25,000

• Your company name and logo will be placed in the Audience Program for the selected production and listed in all programs for the season (estimate 54,000).
• Your company logo and link will be placed on the Louisville Ballet website.
• Your company will receive tickets for the selected production.

Sponsor a "corporate evening" at the Nutcracker - $15,000

• Receive 1,500 tickets for your employees and guests

Full Student Matinee Season Sponsor - $10,000

• Sponsor Student Matinee performances and be listed on all materials associated with these performances plus listed in the Audience Program throughout the season.
• Students gain the full experience of attending the ballet at the Kentucky Center and teachers receive a guide to incorporate the teaching of dance in the classroom.

Performance Sponsor of the September Production - $10,000

• Your company and company logo will be listed in the Audience Program as Performance Sponsor for the evening selected.

Louisville Ballet School Scholarships - $10,000

• Provide scholarships to five dance students that have been identified as candidates for financial assistance to continue training with the Louisville Ballet School.
• Students can be sponsored at levels of $1,000+ for a year of study.

Stager for "New Work" - $7,500

• A stager is a representative of the choreographer or the trust that owns the original work and comes to prepare the dancers for the new production.
• Multiple stagers work with the Company throughout the season.

Annual Fundraising Gala Sponsor - $6,500

• Receive a Corporate table for 10 plus other wonderful benefits depending on the theme and location.
• Your company and company logo will be used on printed materials and a large custom banner with your company colors and logo made for the event.
• Be listed in the Audience Program for a full year.

Lecture Demonstrations - $5,000

• Sponsor the Louisville Ballet’s outreach program for schools in Louisville, Southern Indiana and locations throughout Kentucky.

Sponsor 500 at-risk school children for a Nutcracker Student Performance - $5,000

Annual Fundraising Gala Table Sponsor - $3,000

• Sponsor a table for 10 at the Ballet’s major fundraiser.
• Your company and company logo will be listed in the Audience Program for a full year.

Dancer Sponsorships

• Sponsor a principal dancer - $5,000
• Sponsor a 1st soloist dancer - $3,000
• Sponsor a 2nd soloist dancer - $2,500
• Sponsor a corps de ball et dancer - $2,000
• Sponsor an apprentice dancer - $1,500
  
• Your company will be listed with the dancer in all Audience Programs for one year.

Pointe Society Meet & Greet Sponsor (One Production - $500 or Season - $2,500)

• Sponsor the performance intermission meet & greet events at the Kentucky Center.
• Receive special placement on lobby signage and in the Audience Program for the season.

All donors are listed in the Audience Program throughout the season by gift level.
